I can't access the camera. What should I do?
Make sure the app has permission to use your camera in your phone settings.
Photo Management
Where are my transformed photos saved?
Transformed photos are optionally saved to your device's gallery, only if you click 'Save to Gallery' in the result screen. You can also access them through the History tab (clock icon) in the app.
How do I share my transformed photos?
You can share photos in two ways:
- From the result screen after transformation using the Share button
- From the History tab by selecting any image and using the Share button
How do I view my original photos alongside the transformed versions?
In the History tab, tap any image and use the "View Original" button to toggle between the original and transformed versions.
Usage & Subscriptions
How many renders do I have left?
Check your remaining renders in the Settings page (gear icon). The app shows your current render count and subscription status.
How do I get more renders?
When you're running low on renders (less than 20 remaining), you'll see a "Purchase Renders" option in the Settings page.

How do I access my photo history?
Tap the clock icon in the top-right corner of the main screen to view your transformation history.
How do I change art styles?
On the main screen, you can select different art styles from the style selector before uploading your photo.
How do I check my device ID?
Your device ID is available in the Settings page. You can tap it to copy it to your clipboard. Access the settings by clicking the gear icon in the top-left corner of the main screen.

What should I do if the app crashes?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check your internet connection and ensure you have the latest version installed.
How do I clear my transformation history?
If you remove a photo from the library, it will be removed from the history. To fully clear history, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Can I use the app offline?
No, an internet connection is required to transform photos as the processing happens on our servers.
